Mainly from the production process and use to distinguish:
High pressure: in polymerization grade ethylene as raw material, with oxygen (or air) or organic peroxide as catalyst in a tubular reactor cargo tank reactor, using 130-280Mpa
Ultra high pressure and high temperature of 300 degrees Celsius for polymerization.
Low to high purity ethylene or propylene as raw materials, etc. 1- butene as comonomer, alkane as solvent in the presence of high active catalyst, using temperature (65-85) and pressure (0.1-0.7Mpa) by solution polymerization, after separation, drying, mixing, granulation.
Use:
High pressure: suitable for extrusion, blow molding, injection molding, coating, vacuum, and rotational molding processing methods such as food security, manufacturing film, light packaging film with agricultural film industry in general, transparent film, sheet, wire, cable sheath, pipe, chemical containers, synthetic paper, foam products etc..
Low voltage: mainly used for blow molding, manufacturing all kinds of bottles, cans, barrels packaging containers used for injection molding, making pots, baskets, baskets, containers and industrial machinery parts, used for extrusion molding and manufacturing all kinds of pipes, thin film, woven bag narrow wire, wire etc..
